WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS?

Delivery is always free and is usually within 2-5 working days in the EU and 5-14 working days outside the EU.

Items ordered on business days before 12 noon will be handed over to the courier on the same business day. Items ordered on business days after 12 PM or weekends and national holidays will be handed over to the couriers on the next business day.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Always choose an address where someone is available to collect the package. If you prefer to receive your order at the office or reception, please, also, indicate the name of the contact person.

Invalid Shipping Address: We are unable to ship domestically and/or internationally to P.O./APO/FPO boxes.

DELIVERY STATUS

We will contact you if there is a delay or if items are out of stock.  If you wish to track your parcel and have not received an e-mail with your tracking details, please e-mail us, and we will track your shipment for you. If you have any questions about shipping to your country, please write e-mail info@lanaerunt.co.uk.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME WHEN THE COURIER ARRIVES?

The courier will leave a note with their contact details. Contact DPD to find out if a further attempt at delivery will be made or if the order will be deposited at a collection point (access point).

If you do not contact DPD or do not collect the order from the collection point, after a few days the package will be sent back to our warehouse. You will be contacted by Lana Erunt office to see if you want the parcel to be delivered again or if you would like a refund.

TAXES

All orders will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. This means that any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
