HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Simply use the return label which you will find in the box and bring the parcel to DPD parcel machine or the nearest DPD collection point in 14 days from the delivery date.
I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
WHAT PRODUCTS CAN BE RETURNED?
Return any unused item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the price of the goods, provided it in a new, unused, unwashed, not modified in any way with all original tags and labels attached and undamaged package (do not put return label on the original box). Only an item purchased from our online shop can be returned or exchanged. If an item was purchased at any other retail store/online shop, the customer must contact the original shop of purchase regarding item return or exchange. Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
In the case of any defects, you can return the item quickly.
After we have received your returned item and have checked the damage, we will forward the refund request. Please note that we cannot accept articles that are not in the same condition in which you received them. We will update you regularly by e-mail until we confirm the refund.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
As soon as your return package is delivered to our warehouse, the Quality Control Department will carry out the necessary checks.
If successful, we will send you an e-mail to confirm your return and refund. After a few days, you will be able to check if you have been credited with the refund. Your refund will be completed via the original payment method.
